LLNL Retiree Settlement

The motion of Petitioners for final approval of class action settlement and the motion of Petitioners for award of attorneys' fees and costs came on for hearing on 4/10/20, in Department 21 of the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Alameda, the Honorable Winifred Y.
